The following terms and conditions apply to any work, estimate or consultation that we may carry out at your instruction, either explicit or implied.

Helmer Property Services Ltd and any associated company or individual (The Company) act as contractors and offer no professional consultancy with regard to building regulations, insurance or any other matter. The company or its employees will endeavour to provide accurate estimates and will carry out work as instructed by the client. In the event that unforeseen costs are incurred these are payable by the client. By using The Company’s services, you explicitly hold harmless The Company and its representatives, employees or contractors with regard to planning consent, third party complaints or matters beyond the control of the company. It is your responsibility to ensure that all consents and permissions are granted prior to work being carried out.

Payment terms are 50% deposit in advance and 25% at the half-way stage and the balance immediately upon completion. No withholding of payment may be made in the event of dispute. Late payments are charged interest at 2% per day overdue.
